The seat constantly slides forward, making it feel like you're slipping out of the chair or falling off the front edge. No matter how I adjusted it, the seat would not stay in a comfortable position. The chair has some nice features on paper, but they are overshadowed by this major design flaw. For an office chair, comfort and stability are critical, and this chair failed in that regard. I would not recommend it and would not purchase it again.. Renee. Fri Jul 31 2026

Great chairs - set up was a little difficult I did need assistance. Anonymous. Sun Jan 04 2026

Home Office executive chair with adjustable PU headrest, lumbar support, and adjustable armrest, promotes an ergonomically correct seated position. An ergonomic chair with adjustable seat sliding and seat depth is to fit your comfortable gesture. It offers 3-positions locking to fit leisure work and rest. Five reinforced nylon casters on an aluminum alloy base that offer you the ability to easily glide over carpeted floors are naturally performing tasks without exertion.

Chair came to me damaged. The bottom was screwed on tighter than the plastic would support and snapped it along each connection (see images). The screws for the arms did not tightly connect and the residue from the screws seeps to your hands and onto the material of the chair (bummer). I will say that once put together (if the bottom stays on), the chair has been comfortable for 2 days of wear. I was a bit bummed when I finally put the chair together as it appeared more bone in color than the cream I got, but I opted to get some rollerblade casters (these do not come with the chair) and the combination does make this an easier chair to deal with. I am concerned about the base of the chair and for the price I spent ($250) I am really surprised the quality is what I have seen. Because the chair does have some good qualities, I want to at least show those. I am 5'10 and 230 and I fit comfortably in it, but the arms do crowd you just a touch. Hopefully, the base plate will not become an issue, but I am not too sure about those arms. Looks like the screws to those may be the achilleas heel. Will come back in 6 months and let you know how it goes. PS, if you get a chair, get the rollerblade casters - ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM!. Charles. Fayetteville, GA. Wed Feb 14 2024

My first one, came apart. Wayfair was great and replaced the chair. The second one see back came apart, but I still had parts from the defective chair to replace the back section of the newer chair. I would go a little higher and buy a sturdier chair I think. This is fine, but in the long term, I don' think it is meant for long lasting.. Cheri. Vineyard Haven, MA. Sat Jan 30 2021

Have this chair at work (with headrest) so ordered for my office at home now we’re working from home more. It’s very sturdy and comfortable. Good lumbar support which was the primary reason I spent the money - I knew what I was getting for the price. Noticed an immediate difference with my sciatic pain. Assembly is very easy - no tools just attach the base to the seat. The thing I like about this chair is you can lean and the arms lean with you. Also the arms are adjustable.. Sandy. Aurora, IL. This chair looks and feels nice, rolls smoothly, and functions as represented. I did not give 5 stars because the seat could use some cushion, it's not as comfortable as I hoped. Also, it took a lot of muscle to put together and if it wasn't for my husband I would not have been able to get it put together properly as the screw holes did not match up without a lot of force. I was about to get the drill :-/ because I thought the holes were just improperly placed.. Kay S.. FL. Sun Oct 18 2026

500lbs Big and Tall Office Chair - Heavy Duty Mesh Ergonomic Desk Chair, High Back Computer Chair - Flip-up Armrests, Wide Thick Seat Cushion

I’ve been using this chair for a bit now, and overall I’m really happy with it. You can immediately tell it’s built to handle real use — the frame feels solid and the base is very stable, which gives you confidence compared to cheaper chairs. The seat is wide and well-cushioned, which makes a big difference if you’re sitting for long periods. The mesh back is another plus — it keeps airflow going so you don’t get that overheated feeling during the day. The adjustable headrest and lumbar support are also nice touches and help with posture during longer work sessions. Assembly was straightforward and didn’t take too long. Once put together, everything feels sturdy and functional. The wheels roll smoothly and the height/tilt adjustments are easy to use. If I had to point out anything, it’s that the chair is definitely on the larger side, so make sure you have enough space for it. But that’s expected given the “big and tall” design. Overall, this is a great value for the price. Comfortable, supportive, and durable — exactly what you want in a daily-use office chair.. Hansel. New York, NY. Fri Apr 17 2026

We needed a new chair for our office and this was a great find. Overall, the chair is a beautiful color, sturdy, and functional. However, a major flaw was in the assembly. When it was time to connect the arms to the back of the chair, it was impossible to screw in all of the screws. Each arm has 2 holes that connect to the back of the chair for support. In one of my pictures, I highlighted the obstructions in the holes. I’m guessing whoever designed this thought this was a good way to keep the screws in place when all it did was prevent the top screws from going in altogether. Luckily, the bottom screws were tight enough and when you add the base, it secured the chair. So mine is put together with only half the screws needed for the arms.. Alexandria. Auburn, AL.
