I assembled the returned one first and didn’t notice the quality difference until I opened the second one. We are going to have to buy replacement cushions for this set since it can’t be used without them - it’s hard to tell in the photo but the support pieces are not thick across the bottom so you can’t use it without the cushions.. All and all, this is a nice swing. Difficult to assemble because the instructions are hard to understand. It takes three people to assemble the canopy. One of the polls broke off the end as we were trying to slide the fabric on. Suggestion: tape the canopy rods together where they meet.
