I’ve been using my sauna every single day since we got it and I honestly love it. It has become part of my daily routine! My husband put it together in about 5 hours. The instructions were a bit difficult to follow, but he was able to figure it out. We did have to change the outlet because the plug was different but it was an easy swap. It heats up to 150 degrees in about 20 to 25 minutes. One of the main reasons I chose this sauna was because of the wattage. I did a lot of research before buying since there is such a wide price range, and higher wattage really does make a difference in how quickly and efficiently it heats. This one definitely delivers on that. It comfortably fits both my husband and me. I also love that it connects to my phone via Bluetooth so we can play music while we’re in there. I put this sauna together myself in about 1.5 hours, which was much easier than I expected. The instructions were straightforward, and everything fit together well without any major headaches. The biggest thing I've noticed is how much I actually look forward to using it. After a workout, I'll jump in for about 30 minutes and I'm absolutely dripping by the end. The 1 person infrared sauna is a beautiful and useful addition to any home! Very practical, it plugs into any ordinary AC wall outlet on regular 15 A/110 V. You can install it in any room and incorporate it into your health routine. This sauna is easy to use and assembles in a snap, in approximately 30 minutes. Its control panel with touch button technology and LED display tells you the temperature and time remaining. Sweat your troubles away in its spacious interior while listening to your favourite soothing music through our MP3 player with Bluetooth and Aux. input.

Solid and assembly was straight forward. However, we had a very difficult time attaching one wall because the hardware was recessed deeply in the wood. This made it so the male end was unable to reach the female end. We had to remove hardware and add small shims to push hardware out.
