I was impressed with the packaging , the quality of the product and the simplicity of operation . Cannot comment on the benefits at this early stage .

So far not so good. It came beautifully packaged and I had a professional come out and put it together. However, it will not heat. When you set the temperature and press on, it shows that it is heating. 5 minutes later the heating light turns off and it never reaches the temperature set. It just sits and counts down the time. No phone number to call for assistance. Just a huge box with no heat. So disappointed!

I was concerned that this was not low EMF but after getting an EMF tester, I found that it is in an acceptable range. Initially one of the panels was outside the range of low EMF at 11.5 but that was just after I turned it on and in about 30 seconds dropped to 3.4. I took photos of all the panels and their readings. I am not sure why the device is red other than to indicate that there are levels of EMF. But they are as advertised and low.

The product is good. The directions could use some more details but my husband and I put it together in under a hour. It’s bigger than I expected too.

Assembling this by myself was hard due to the weight but instructions were clear and simple. There were some small chips in the wood (understandable since the product is fragile and probably happened during transportation) . As for the sauna itself, it took 10-20 minutes to get to 120 degrees or higher, and did get a really good sweat.
