This frame seems extremely sturdy. It took me about two hours to unboxed and put together both chairs. The instructions could be better, and I did use my own tool when attaching the chair to the swivel base. I was a bit disappointed in the cushions, even after they fluff up they still don’t have very much in them. I do like the fact that you can unzip the cover and put them in the wash when necessary.. They are exactly as pictured online. The cording adds a nice touch to the overall look of the chairs versus the typical "plastic" wicker look like some other brands. Quality of the chair itself seems so far to be on the better side as well. Only downside for myself is that it does lack back support when you lean back. Had it been a bit taller it might help avoid this (and no I'm not a tall person by any means, I'm only 5'5").
