I got this hoping to feed my cat on a daily basis and limit what he eats. But this thing won’t even connect to my WIFI. I have tried many times. Even deleted the app and redownloading, disconnecting my WIFI and disconnecting the device. Nothing works on this and waste. Wish I could return.

This is a really cool concept and I’m so excited to see how it will work out for times when I am not around. It is just the right size and the feeding chambers hold a reasonable amount of food. It is pretty straightforward to set up so that is a plus. I’m not sure how it will work with wet food but I will try to provide and update when I try that out.

I was going away on a business trip for 4 days. I was worried about my kitty being feed when I was gone for so many days. I havent never been away from her more then 12 hours. My husband was home with her, but I was worried her wouldnt give her treats like i do...lol!  So I started shopping around for a pet feeder that would be reliable while I was gone. I went onto Wayfair to see what they had and what the price range would be. As I was looking, I ran into this pet feeder that I can program feeding times on my phone. I was all in! I placed my order. I received my package in 2 days. I was impressed with such fast, free shipping!! The box is the same size as a medium pizza box. It had me download the smart life app. (Compatible with so many products) I was able to plug in up, download the app and program feeding times in less than 10 minutes. So simple to do! Come with 2 cold packs to keep soft food cold if needed. Product is great quality.  So quite, I wouldnt have know it was feeding time, until I received notification on my phone feeding was successful. While out of town, I received my notification with no issues.  My kitty, loves this feeder. I use it daily for treats etc... I would recommend this product for anyone with a pet that has to be home alone at times. Great quality and great price! Well worth it!!

I highly recommend this cat food dispenser. I like that it has 6 different feedings. It’s nice that I can schedule my cats feeding. The ice packs are of high quality. Make sure to use the charger it comes with otherwise it won’t work.

I think the second picture says it all...kitty approves! It is just as described. The ice packs are a great addition. It took me a little time to get it connected to my wireless and working correctly. However, just the convenience makes it worth that headache. Sleek design and really quiet when in motion! I definitely recommend this product.

I really wanted to like this and ordered it so that we could program it to feed our dog should we be out of the house at her normal feeding time. That being said, the app and feeder will not work with my internet as it is 5GHz Wi-Fi. So basically, I can hold down the left arrow to manually rotate the feeder, which doesnt serve the purpose I wanted. If you have a lower GHz wifi, you might have a better experience (see photo of the available wifi). For me, I basically have a large piece of plastic that is not usable. The unit is about the size of a large serving platter, so it is not something that blends in well. Overall, its a huge disappointment.

This automatic food dispenser is great when you’re going out of town for a few days. My cats get a little wet food for breakfast and dinner on top of their dry food and this allows you to set the timer so they get what they’re accustomed to when you’re not home. Plus there’s ice packs that go in the bottom to help keep the food fresh. It would’ve been nice if it came with an additional set so you could have some in the freezer to replace immediately but it still works fine.

Arrived on time, boxed very well. Feeder has six feeding compartments each one same size, easy to remove for cleaning. Come with a charger and they have an app for your phone. It’s a very nice white and grey color and is very solid and secure to prevent your pet from allowing pet to get into other sections until next feeding time.

So far … this is a very handy little device to have on deck if you need to be away for a day and have wet food dispensed at a certain time. However I’m not exactly sure why this thing has 6 slots when the ice packs only stay cold for 6 hours. It wouldn’t be something you’d want to completely fill up all the way since the wet food will dry out LONG before it spins to dispense the full 6 servings It’s good for a night away but that’s all we will use it for. It definitely takes up a bit of floor space so plan for that. Luckily it’s extremely quiet when it moves to the next feeding slot and it’s very convenient to control from the app. It’s not an everyday use thing for us and our cats though since we also have a timed dry food dispenser already. We got this strictly for canned wet food dispensing.
