Automatic Feeder

It was good when new, but other than filters, replacement parts are not available and the parts are cheaply made and will break. I am on my third pump and now there is a mystery leak where I am refilling the entire unit plus the reserve daily and there are puddles of water on the floor. It’s now in a tray circulating colored water so I can determine where the leak is. I will likely need to replace it, but I certainly won’t be buying another Aspen.

Our cats and dog loves drinking out of this fountain. I have a problem, can't find a replacement strainer that goes between the bowl and the motor. Last time I looked on your website it said it was out of stock. I don't see it listed anywhere now.

I bought this two months ago and while my cats love it, it has stopped working properly. The pump can barely push the water now. So complete waste of money.

While my cat was very happy with the product, it was noisy if not totally full, so had to be refilled way to often. First noticed the water stream not working but the pump still trying. Re cleaned and refilled the unit, plugged it in and nothing.True the price is reasonable but not if it doesn't even last a year. Hopefully I can take it back under warranty

I bought this fountain 20 years ago for my cat that liked to turn on the tap. Last month the reservoir finally cracked, but the rest of the fountain worked great. Easy to clean, been running it through the dishwasher (not the pump). Only downside is I can't get a replacement reservoir to Canada, it's cheaper to buy a whole new fountain. So I did. Now I will keep the pump from my old fountain as a backup. Let's see if the new one holds up as well as the one that's 20 years old!
