Update…Wayfair went above and beyond to correct this. They sent me an entire new one since the company hadn’t responded. We love this!! First and second one came broke …Sad that this came broken and have yet to receive a replacement part. Hoping it comes soon it’s been a long wait and still no ETA on when it may be shipped or arrive here. Hoping Wayfair can help since feel like I haven’t gotten anywhere with the manufacturer. The boxes arrived a bit beat up as usual, but the pieces inside were safe and well-protected. I absolutely love the style of this dog crate it has that vintage industrial look that makes it feel like a real piece of furniture instead of just a kennel. It was definitely a bit time-consuming to assemble, especially with the sliding doors, but it was totally worth it in the end. I really like it because there are times when I want my Frenchie to stay calm and in one spot, especially while I’m cleaning or passing the vacuum. It’s perfect for that and he seems very comfortable. To be honest, I think I would have liked a darker wood color better, but this one is fine for now and it still looks very elegant in the room.
