Cat Condo products are the best! They're so sturdy with the construction using real wood. This is the 5th product of their's that I've purchased. I had 2 identical trees similar to this, but 12" shorter and 40lbs lighter. It was rated for 35lbs. This one is rated for 100lb capacity. I love everything about it except that it doesn’t stand flat against the wall. The top two circles are set back too far, making them stick out the back and keeping the whole tree a couple inches off the wall, which doesn’t work like we needed it to in the space we have.
