My poor kitties are so disappointed. This thing was a complete airball. I have bought plenty of garbage online, but this hammock was one of the worst. The directions are gibberish and mislabel the different screws. The screw they give you don’t fit. One of the poles split in two places when I finally did get a screw in. I mean, these are two BIG cracks. Even if this thing did fit in my window, which it doesn’t, it is not sturdy enough for my 2 lb kittens. I ended up just throwing it away. Whomp whomp.. Keelin.
