We are dissatisfied, it is unusable. My husband’s shoes won’t fit, and the pins fall out making drawers unusable. We want a refund and know what size furniture will fit a size 10

Very disappointed with the quality. The drawers are poorly designed and extremely flimsy—they started coming off from day one and can’t handle even normal shoe weight. I wouldn’t recommend this if you’re looking for something sturdy.

I LOVE this shoe organizer. Gets everything off the ground and hidden. I saw some reviews about size - we have small feet in this house so it wasn’t an issue. We changed out the knobs as one of them broke during installation.
