2.5” is a lot of rubber to keep my grandson safe while playing on playset. I used a jigsaw to cut in and around obstacles and it was not difficult. Installation: Please measure the area before ordering pavers. Calculate the quantity, taking into account that the rubber has elasticity, and some stretching/shrinking may occur. It's best to plan out the area in advance. Place the tiles in your desired location before the final installation. Check for variances to make sure it is a perfect fit. Be sure the ground is solid and flat before the final installation. The loose ground may cause unevenness in the future. Do not use petroleum-based solvents such as gasoline, engine oil, thinners, etc. when cleaning, and do not use glue containing volatile solvents during installation. Made of rubber granules and dyed pigments. Naturally, some colours will fade over time depending on the amount of sun, rain, and overall use.
