I like the product very much, unfortunately the packaging was poor and torn on arrival. The unit was damaged where I have circles in the photo during transit I assume. How can you make it right? Because of this I am giving a 3 star instead of a 5 star. If you can address this then my rating will go to 5 star because this is a beautiful addition to my home and it stores shoes really well. Only the ugly dent in the lower left is what is messing with my decor.

Shipping was fast so that’s why I gave it two stars but overall the quality is horrible , it came chipped and scraped and instructions not totally clear. Wouldn’t recommend.
