12 Pair Stackable Solid Wood Shoe Rack

The website is easy to navigate and find what one is looking for in a shoe rack. I was quickly able to evaluate the racks I shortlisted for design, price, dimensions and stackability. The purchase process is seamless. The item was delivered promptly per delivery timeline estimate. The box was sturdy and well packed. The individual rack pieces were easy to lay out on my wood floor and put together with wherewithal included. The included multilingual directions are well thought out and easy to understand and 'not' a micro-print one pager with spelling errors ! I was able to assemble it in 20 minutes by myself. Then I stacked the four racks just to see how it looks. I liked it so much that I took a photo of it in the corner of my guest bedroom with samples of all sorts of male & female shoes, slippers etc. It appears elegantly delicate but is sturdy and durable. I did have a minor blemish in shelf. I chatted with the assistant bot in the bottom right corner and it ordered a replacement part(s) - that arrived promptly. The shelving can be adjusted to size of shoes being stored in many variations as the photo shows (attached). I am quietly pleased with this purchase. If you have small kids, be aware of the tipping dangers and use a wall anchor. It is well crafted and beautiful to look at. I am enjoying it very much!

Bought the shoe rack and dresser and now feel so much more organized. Both are easy to put together and durable.

Incredibly disappointed. This was my first purchase from Wayfair and I purchased this shoe rack because it had flat shelves. I even checked the reviews and pictures before purchasing to make sure. I received a show rack that had slanted shelves and was the one listed under 12 pair shoe rack by rebrilliant (which is cheaper(on sale)). When I contacted Wayfair they offered me the difference, and the had the supplier, Oceanstar, called me out of the blue and tried to gaslight me saying that the product that I received is the same one as in the pictures. They then tried to say they don't know how Wayfair markets them and under what sellers name......UM....WHAT? Clearly, from the customer reviews, IT IS NOT THE SAME ITEM!!!! Here are the 2 screenshots of the reviews under this product and a picture of the item I received. After presenting this evidence to Wayfair they said that the supplier told them its the same item. I wouldn't be writing this if this wasn't a lie the supplier is telling Wayfair and warning people about this before purchasing this item. One of the customer reviews from Van on 03/272021 "These are the flat shelves(not the slanted) which works perfectly to be the lower rack of a 5 shelf configuration with a 2 shelf slanted for the top two shelves which just fits the space that I was trying to fill."
