Shed arrived ahead of time. It was placed on a new lot by my contractors. Unfortunately 3 of the panels were bent but the guys were able to bend them back into shape. It had to be built quickly, and they started to build the day it arrived, so there would not have been enough time to have the 3 panels replaced. There was also some hardware too but the contractors obtained what they wanted from a local hardware store. First and foremost, its a necessity to install the shed on a level surface. I hired someone to put in a concrete slab, above ground is best. This is a 2 man assembly job and a full day project. Bottom frame is first part of assembly, second inserting walls, then framing the roof, etc. The windows have film on both sides so you could keep this on if you prefer an opaque appearance, I removed mine to allow more light in. The center rooftop has a thick opaque white plastic strip down the center that also allows light in. Having a level base is extremely important as any uneven surface will cause the roofing and doors to not align as needed and will create some issues while putting it together.
