First glance.. super impressive... great. Turned on, set the temp, all was good. Followed directions and the guide. Put a few cuts (well within the limits)... started noticing condensation collecting inside fridge but the manual said it was "normal" and that it recycles it to help humidity... great, but 8 days in. The back inside panel started to ice up and the temp would not drop below 50 degrees when it was set to 38. I have over 800 dollars of meat in this thing. Had to vacuum seal the meat, put it in my regular fridge, defrost the dry ager and pray it works again and my investment isn't spoiled.
