Without a doubt the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Went through multiple agents over multiple channels and hours, receiving completely conflicting messages and instructions trying to make a return. The service was extremely slow, and painful.

I received a lemon, unfortunately. Doesn’t heat my food. With that said, I will say that it’s not a very attractive microwave in person. I got it only because it matched existing appliances not the top choice in this price range. Controls aren’t particularly intuitive either (like really In 2022 GE hasn’t solved for microwave oven controls Surprising). Also, fan is very loud. I do no recommend.

Microwave is sleek in design. Has a quick start button for 1 minute intervals. Timer controls require extra steps. It takes a little getting use to but overall a good product.

The microwave itself works well BUT it came with a warped door frame...that I cannot fix...Have to order a new unit to replace and then will only get refunded when they receive the return... So Now have bought 2 and will HOPE next one isnt damaged OR I will send both back for 2 refunds!!
