GE Appliances 2.8 Cubic Feet cu. ft. Portable Washer in White

This portable washer is amazing! It’s much bigger than I anticipated, easy to use and washes superbly! I‘ve had it hooked up for 3 days and have done 4 loads which have been washed extremely well. As I don’t use a dryer, the extra spin function is key. I love this washing machine. It’s well worth the cost!

This washer received good reviews. It's easy to assemble following YouTube videos, and is quiet and efficient. I wish the portable wheel assembly was easier to use (the wheels are small), but otherwise I am happy with the washer's performance.

I’m have a SMALLER WASHER than this GE. The washer was ready for delivery sooner than what I was told. The delivery went smoothly. I asked the delivery guys if they would unpack the washer and they did so politely and discarded the packaging. The package came with no torn box, the washer had no dents or scratches very well packed. I must say this a very large washer. It was easy to assemble able to follow the directions. However I will have to purchase a dolly with wheels for the washer. I have carpet in an area before i can get to the kitchen sink and even then the very small wheels on the washer only works for a forward and backward movement. I need wheels 360 rotation. The inside of this washer is huge. I will certainly not be doing laundry all day. I suggest not skim through the Manuel but read it throughly a few times. This washer will last if you follow directions. Putting the clothes in the washer as the manual says allows the washer to set itself. This washer is high efficiency so don’t expect the tub to fill completely up with water. I have only had the washer for a couple of days and I have caught up with my laundry. nice not doing laundry all day. So far so good. Very happy with my choice. It is now October 2021 washer still working. I would like to know is anyone else washer making a lot of noises I had a much smaller washer before and it made noise but not has loud, I suppose because this is a much larger washer,

Perfect size and plenty of functions.

I love this washer. It is not tiny. I was so worried it would be super small. I can wash a California king comforter in it (by itself). It cleans wonderfully. I have no complaints.

Larger capacity than I thought. There are many options for the wash cycle, it’s relatively quiet and washes well.

A little loud but great big drum inside. I wash my quilts with ease and I love how the top folds open!

I waited to give a review because to be honest it took awhile to understand how it works. One thing that I learned is to put the clothes directly in the washing machine tub and not as the directions say along the perimeter. I add my detergent, already mixed with water, on top of the clothes and then make my selection. Clothes come out clean and because I do not have a dryer I’m very happy with how the spin cycle works. We live in a fifth wheel which has a washer hook up in the bedroom so it was fairly easy to install. The size of the drum will amaze you with plenty of room for a nice size load. Covid-19 is keeping us close to home and having a personal washer has been wonderful. I strongly recommend this machine.

This machine broke after 2 months. I carefully used it according to the instructions and it stopped spinning. Now, while the support is looking for the spare part to fix it, a process that is taking almost 2 more months, the machine is just incumbent in the kitchen. bad, very bad choice. poor machine, poor support care, poor customer relations.
