I’m really impressed with this chair! It looks even better in person than I expected. The cognaccaramel color is beautiful and gives it a much more expensive, upscale look. I especially love the diamond stitching and contrasting details. The chair itself is very spacious and generously padded. The seat is wide, the back is tall and supportive, and I love that the headrest and lumbar areas have extra cushioning. The padded armrests are also a nice touch. It feels much more substantial than a typical office chair and is comfortable enough for sitting at my desk for long periods of time. Assembly was manageable, everything feels sturdy once put together, and it rolls nicely. It also looks fantastic with my wood desk and flooring. The chair is still okay, although the person that’s using this chair is my husband that weights approximately 200lbs, the chair is starting to squeak when being sat on and swerving. Noticed we changed the chair wheels too since the original one broke and it really ultimately damaged the carpet where the chair normally is being used. Overall purchase is still good. well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty.. Pros Its pretty comfortable for the most part. Extremely easy to put together. I like that the paddle to adjust the angle of the back doesnt rely on lock points, so you can have it at any angle you like. Its excellent for a tall person. Also, for anyone with a wide frame, its quite spacious. Cons It arrived damaged, the front left seat corner and the top right backpanel corner were squished in. It looked like those respective corners had perhaps gotten jammed in machinery (maybe shipping, maybe manufacturing). I was able to fluff out both corners. But the inner foam is damaged (notable when touched) and the outer fabric is crunkly. The massage option is underwhelming. I was expecting heat, as in the description photos, there is a red overlay which implies heat, as well as the multiple vibration points. That being said, it doesnt mention heat in the written description. Another con with the massage is the little pouch that holds the remote. Its too small for the remote and the very rigid cables. It falls out constantly and just gets in the way of the wheels. Also, it has to be plugged in to use the feature, not merely charged up. So you cannot roll around without running over the cables. The footrest is a joke. Its very flimsy and doesnt lock into place when its tucked away. So its constantly sliding in and out if I roll in a certain direction. On top of that, when its pulled out, its too short to rest your legs on. Its more of a close to the knee but under your calf rest. THIS might be good for a short person, but its a higher than average chair, even in its lowest setting. Which is great if youre tall, and frustrating if youre short.
