As expected. Very pretty and fits in our space. The adjustable shelves are clutch

The shelf itself is great. The measurements were accurate and fit perfectly. The quality is great (very heavy, solid wood) and it was super easy to assemble, minus how heavy things were. With that being said, the packaging is horrible. I'm not sure why they thought it was a good idea to vertically stack the pieces so the box was a thin rectangle that was almost 7 feet tall. It made it nearly impossible to fit through elevators and doors.

5 for etagere, -5 for assembly service. Etagere looks great in pieces but don’t buy assembly service. Showed up 30 minutes early - typically a great thing. Got agitated we couldn’t drop everything for the early arrival (we were in a business meeting). Then would touch nothing until we removed from box and inspected. No concept of customer service. No offense to the princesses out there but princess left without assembling now I need to get a refund and do it myself. MOST DEFINITELY ONLY ASSEMBLE SERVICE. Hold on if princess gets a hang nail while assembling. First bad experience I’ve had with Wayfair assembly services.
