The toilet carrier has a major engineering flaw. See in the picture where the 2 bolts are? Those bolts hold the toilet. When someone sits on the toilet, the toilet carrier flexes. Look at all of the missing steel in the piece the bolts are attached to... notched out for the tank water line to the toilet. Also notched for the plastic piece that holds the black drain line. A good portion of stiffness is gone because of that fact. Fortunately for me, I have access to the backside of the carrier and I could beef if up with angle iron, see 2nd picture. It has ZERO flex now. But if you don't have the ability to reinforce it, your toilet will absolutely move when you sit on it. I 100% DO NOT recommend this toilet.

Regretting this purchase. First and foremost, the in-wall tank keeps leaking. Also very noisy flush. Wish I’d gone with a more reputable brand.

these toilets look cheap, thin cheap plastic and the one in basement, the tank is not filling up water after use.

It’s only been installed for two days, but looks and works great so far! A more complicated install, but a high end look compared to a traditional toilet
