Footrest glides out, plush Shell Design backrest hugging you like a gentle embrace. Activate Lumbar Heating & Massage: 8 vibration points soothe back/legs (custom intensity), warm heat melting tension with 15/30/60min timer. Ideal for seniors, mobility needs, or post-surgery—effortless, safe position shifts. Dual USB, cup holders, side pockets keep essentials handy. Blends seamlessly with decor, your go-to cozy evening hub. Every sit feels tailored, turning relaxation into a soothing ritual.

So far so good. Cup holders are a good idea although not necessary for the person that we purchased it for. I thought the remote lifted the chair as well as heat and massage but it is only for heat and massage. To recline and allow for the lift from seating to standing you have to use the buttons on the left hand side of the recliner. This is the only reason I am giving it one less star. Cushion back takes 72 hrs to fully inflate so we'll see how much more poufy it gets. He likes the heat feature and the massage is an added bonus. I just hope if lasts. Rosa. Kingston, ON. This chair is exactly what I have been looking for. I love the features of a recliner but they are so bulky. The chair was easy to assemble and is super comfortable.
