I love this hot tub. I originally bought an inflatable hot tub and quickly discovered we loved it. So we ordered this tub. I was expecting it around May 14th to the 22nd but it came early on the 2nd. The delivery drivers were absolutely incredible. We had planned to set the tub at the far end of our gravel dirt driveway and the delivery drivers were kind enough to bring it as far as they could which was actually right next to where we were going to put it. They were wonderful and made it so easy for us to get the tub where we needed it. It is quite heavy so we had 4 guys here to help us move it after the delivery drivers left. It wasnt too bad to get it into position. My only complaint about the hot tub is the access panel screws are put in at an angle. I had to buy a right angle drill adapter to remove the screws. And some of the screws no longer catch on the panel to hold it together now. My other complaint is that the holes are large enough for rodents to get into the access panel. So we had to cover those holes in wire mesh. A minor issue but it was fixable. My biggest complaint is just the difficulty in accessing the pump. My other complaint is the cover has 3 holes on each side that go through the fabric and show the foam inside. I would think thats not right but its on both sides and the holes are in the same position on both sides and perfect circles. I dont know if those are intentional though or not.. Tyler. Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if youre hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a 220v hot tub would. We just got ours set up this week and plan on only running it from May through Sept.. Alissa. New Haven, MI. Sun Oct 11 2026

Great to get my replacement hot tub cover. Shortage of materials has caused this product to greatly increase in price and delayed delivery times. Product is good and required to keep your tub clean, and your Electra costs down. But I’ve now gone through 3 covers in the last 6 years! They don’t last forever, and have issues with leaving cover material stains on the hot tub adjacent surfaces.. James David. Ocean Isle Beach, NC. Fri Jul 03 2026

Make getting in and out of your hot tub or spa safer and more convenient with the AquaRest Safe-N-Store Hot Tub Step. This two-tier hot tub step doubles as a storage step: a built-in handrail gives you a stable grip on the way up or down, and two enclosed storage compartments — one under each tier — keep hot tub chemicals, filters, cleaning supplies, or pool towels close at hand and out of sight. Moulded as a single piece from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), these hot tub steps with storage are UV-resistant and built for all-weather outdoor use, so they won't crack, fade, or need maintenance season after season. The lightly textured, slip-resistant surface stays sure-footed even when wet, and the compact, portable design means you can place it beside any hot tub, spa, or swim spa in minutes. If you're searching for hot tub steps with storage, a hot tub step with handrail, or a slip-resistant spa step for easier entry, the Safe-N-Store Step is purpose-built for exactly that.
