I love this hot tub. I originally bought an inflatable hot tub and quickly discovered we loved it. So we ordered this tub. I was expecting it around May 14th to the 22nd but it came early on the 2nd. The delivery drivers were absolutely incredible. We had planned to set the tub at the far end of our gravel dirt driveway and the delivery drivers were kind enough to bring it as far as they could which was actually right next to where we were going to put it. They were wonderful and made it so easy for us to get the tub where we needed it. It is quite heavy so we had 4 guys here to help us move it after the delivery drivers left. It wasnt too bad to get it into position. My only complaint about the hot tub is the access panel screws are put in at an angle. I had to buy a right angle drill adapter to remove the screws. And some of the screws no longer catch on the panel to hold it together now. My other complaint is that the holes are large enough for rodents to get into the access panel. So we had to cover those holes in wire mesh. A minor issue but it was fixable. My biggest complaint is just the difficulty in accessing the pump. My other complaint is the cover has 3 holes on each side that go through the fabric and show the foam inside. I would think thats not right but its on both sides and the holes are in the same position on both sides and perfect circles. I dont know if those are intentional though or not.. Tyler. Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if youre hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a 220v hot tub would. We just got ours set up this week and plan on only running it from May through Sept.. Alissa. New Haven, MI. Sun Oct 11 2026

The MSpa Comfort series BERGEN Bubble Spa features an eye-catching metallic blue interior and premium charcoal grey exterior. Featuring 138 bubbling air jets to relax your body and mind, this 6-person spa is sure to brighten your space. The Bergen uses a simple inflatable hose for spa inflation. Utilizing the built-in control box, there is no need to fumble with fussy connectors, simply connect your hose and click the bubble button to watch your spa rise. The air Jets massage system creates thousands of bubbles from the bottom of the spa to surround you from all angles allowing everyone in the tub to enjoy at once!

Great spa for soaking my aging bones and muscles during my hibernation period. Have it set up inside my house beside the wood fireplace. The heat from the fireplace helps to dry off after being in the spa. Wonderful feeling compared to the -30 C degree temperature outside the house. No problem with excess moisture in the room. Extremely quiet heating action. Wouldn't even know it was on. When it was first set up, I actually wondered if it was working! My previous spa would churn and thrash around while heating. Whole different design though. The timing function is nice so it can be set to heat up during the daytime and take advantage of my solar cells while the sun shines (maybe 5 hours during the winter day). Wouldn't hurt to have a slightly longer cord on the control pad so it can be set where you can readily see it.. Northforestbear. Whitehorse, YT. Tue Jan 21 2025

I’ve been using it in my Airbnb and people love it. One thing to be aware of is if there is a power outage the heater doesn’t automatically come back on. Other than that it’s been great!!!. Laurie. Chicago, IL. Tue Aug 04 2026
