So it was time consuming to put together, and the directions were a little lacking, but the end result is beautiful and functional. The amount of parts to the system that added to the laborious nature of construction is only due to the fact that there are so many great elements to this system. I bought in to put in a closet in a bedroom with a king size bed that doesn’t have enough room for a large dresser. With this system, there is enough storage to not need a dresser imo.. Candace. Bought this for a standard small closet (54” x 93”). Because of the closet size, I could only use 2 of the 3 racks. It took me about 4 hours to put this together. I’m pleasantly surprised with the sturdiness of the tower and as other reviews mention, the trim really does finish the look. I agree the rod plates would be better if they were metal and not plastic. Pay close attention to the shaded edges in the pictures in the instruction book for the tower, you could easily overlook this important detail. I’’ nervous about the hanging rods falling over time since they just screw into the particle board sides, but time will tell. Overall, the quality is well worth the price.. Brooke. Sparks, NV. The product gets five stars ... it's the shipper who cost Wayfair the 1 star. They left this heavy package on my driveway and never even rang the doorbell so I knew it had arrived. Assembly took two of us about 2 hours from start to finish and was simply. Although just particle board with a thin coating, it didn't get damaged during assembly. Tajke your time to put it together as they don't tell you which side is up or down with arrows. You have to take the time to analyse the drawings. Quite pleased for the money and it is working perfectly for my 27+ shoes (socks are in the drawers). The white has a grain effect which makes it look a little nicer. This piece was exactly as advertised. The final measurements were exactly as they should be. It is a decent quality. The instructions were very good, but I wish they had said that there was no need to remove baseboards. Each section is in 2 pieces and the top overhangs the bottom at the back by at least 1/4" so the baseboards fit behind it fine. Make sure you pay attention to the circles that show how to align the pieces correctly. Some of the screws were flat rather than pointed, which made it difficult to alight them correctly in the pilot holes. Some of the pilot holes did not go through the laminate, which make it more difficult to start the screws. Overall I am very happy with the piece and it fit perfectly in my closet.. Laura. Missouri. It took me about 6 hours to build it by myself as it’s a big organizer, and pay extra attention to the instructions and how the each specific panels is display in the instructions. I placed a panel in the correct place but in the wrong way and had to dismantle the whole thing to start over. it’s beautiful but I would say the paint chips really easily so be careful when screwing the screws.
