Very disappointed, first priblem FedEx driver threw the bax in the lawn from the street. We have a good paved drive, no reason not to use it but rushing away. We are in our mid sixties, how are we supposed to get it up our driveway Second issue is we thought we were getting the pictureed item, not just drawers. SO DISAPPOINTED. The product gets five stars ... it's the shipper who cost Wayfair the 1 star. They left this heavy package on my driveway and never even rang the doorbell so I knew it had arrived. Assembly took two of us about 2 hours from start to finish and was simply. Although just particle board with a thin coating, it didn't get damaged during assembly. Tajke your time to put it together as they don't tell you which side is up or down with arrows. You have to take the time to analyse the drawings. Quite pleased for the money and it is working perfectly for my 27+ shoes (socks are in the drawers). The white has a grain effect which makes it look a little nicer. Bought this for a standard small closet (54” x 93”). Because of the closet size, I could only use 2 of the 3 racks. It took me about 4 hours to put this together. I’m pleasantly surprised with the sturdiness of the tower and as other reviews mention, the trim really does finish the look. I agree the rod plates would be better if they were metal and not plastic. Pay close attention to the shaded edges in the pictures in the instruction book for the tower, you could easily overlook this important detail. I’’ nervous about the hanging rods falling over time since they just screw into the particle board sides, but time will tell. Overall, the quality is well worth the price.. Brooke. Sparks, NV. This piece was exactly as advertised. The final measurements were exactly as they should be. It is a decent quality. The instructions were very good, but I wish they had said that there was no need to remove baseboards. Each section is in 2 pieces and the top overhangs the bottom at the back by at least 1/4" so the baseboards fit behind it fine. Make sure you pay attention to the circles that show how to align the pieces correctly. Some of the screws were flat rather than pointed, which made it difficult to alight them correctly in the pilot holes. Some of the pilot holes did not go through the laminate, which make it more difficult to start the screws. Overall I am very happy with the piece and it fit perfectly in my closet.. Laura. Missouri. Bought two. Each order comes in two separate boxes. I received three out of the four boxes on time, while one box was received days later! Besides this issue, the result was pretty good. Took a while to assemble the first one, but once you figure it out, it is not difficult. You just need to follow the instructions carefully. The only down side is that the low portion of the closet rod is way too low in order to hang anything!!! So I did not mount the hanging bar, and instead use it for my shoes, buying a shoe rack. It took me about 6 hours to build it by myself as it’s a big organizer, and pay extra attention to the instructions and how the each specific panels is display in the instructions.
