Great coop for the price! Bought this as a starter coop and it surpassed my expectations. Easy to assemble - as other reviewers stated, the wood is thin and prone to splitting. Slow and steady when tightening the screws is key. The removable tray for cleaning is a plus. Wheels are great for moving it around. I painted it to match the house!. Kimberly. Traverse City, MI. Great starter chicken coop ! Easy instructions 2 people roughly an hour to put together. We decided not to attach the run to the coop as we attached it to our larger chicken run. Chicken Coop Mobile Wooden Hen House with Nesting Box,Large Poultry Cage Upgrade with Strong Iron Frame,Durable & Waterproof

Good sturdy chicken coop for the money. I really like it. It’s been working well for a few weeks. No complaints.. Jesse. Canyon Lake, CA. Sat Jun 13 2026

If you are a backyard chicken keeper, you know the importance of a good coop. It needs to be safe, and sturdy, and provide ample space for your feathered friends. That's why we are proud to introduce our line of metal chicken coops, designed with both you and your chickens in mind. Our coops are constructed with rust-resistant and durable steel, ensuring they can withstand years of use and exposure to the elements. The plastic-coated hexagonal mesh provides optimal ventilation and keeps even the most determined predators out. Our coops also feature lockable doors, so you can rest easy knowing that your chickens are safe and secure at all times.

Instructions were very easy to follow. I love this idea and it fits perfectly for where we needed it. I question the durability though. I also am not a fan of the fencing used. It tears easily as it’s not hardware cloth. Any predator could easily get through this. We do plan to reinforce it soon, as winter approaches. If we didn’t have a fully fenced in yard, I would immediately reinforce the fencing. We have 12 chickens right now and they have plenty of space.. Ashley. NY. Wed Sep 02 2026

Built for happy, healthy backyard chickens, this cedar chicken coop fits 15–18 hens perfectly. It features a sloped metal roof, weather sealing strip, private nesting boxes, 4 roosting bars, 2-in-1 windows and an elevated base. The removable PVC floor panels make daily care quick and low-fuss. Note: the colour of this chicken coop changes visually depending on the lighting. It appears blue-green under strong sunlight outdoors, and dark green indoors or in low-light conditions on cloudy days.

We're planning to raise four hens, and I love how elevated the coop is and that the windows can be fully opened. Assembly itself wasn't difficult, the most time-consuming part was gathering all the parts before getting started. Overall, the structure is sturdy. I have it out in the yard to air out, and once our hens arrive, we'll place it against the wall and they'll be ready to move right in.. Newbiehenkeeper. New Jersey. Tue Sep 29 2026

A dream coop for your feathered crew! Give your hens the royal treatment with this Outdoor Super-Large Chicken Coop. This wonderland is roomy enough for 6-8 happy hens to roam, rest, and lay in peace. Designed with both your hens' well-being and your convenience in mind, the hen cage offers a secure, weatherproof shelter against the elements, while the walk-in design makes daily care a simple joy. Your hens will love their new home, and so will you.

Okay! SO- first time chicken owner here. We live in Maryland and are raising chicks and ducks from babies. We live in the woods and therefore have a ton of natural predators. The coop on its own is not SUPER sturdy, but not the worst quality I have seen and works well for a yard that slopes. There are some gaps, so we enclosed the top and bottom with hardware mesh stapled into the wood and secured with cement blocks just to be sure everything would be safe, and so far so good! The cover seems like it will be reasonable for the raincolder temps. Used Wayfair assembly service, which was good but it did take 3 men four hours to assemble just FYI. Overall, happy!. Anonymous. Shipping was on time, we love our chicken coop, I feel it fits 4 chickens comfortably. It did take quite awhile to put together although it was only one person. Took about all day. Decent quality only bad thing is the wheels are very small and don’t do great on our bumpy ground. But it’s very cute and we love it!. Anonymous. Sun Sep 06 2026

This just may be the fanciest chicken coop ever… or in your neighbourhood, anyway. It comes with two ventilated nesting boxes, each with a windowed door that latches snugly from the outside. Ramps lead from each enclosed box to a fenced enclosure, where the birds can move around in the open air without the risk of predators. Constructed of weatherized natural fir and finished with a brown stain, the boxes each have a waterproof asphalt roof and removable pull-out trays for easy cleaning. This chicken coop accommodates six birds.

Very cute.. smaller than imagined but that is my fault!!. Jody. Dickson, TN. Wed Jul 22 2026

The coop is crafted from solid wood and finished in a stylish white and gray, giving your backyard a touch of farmhouse charm. Looks great but a pain to put together. Instructions need a little more detail. Wood is pretty brittle. Several cracks already in it when it arrived. Pre-drilled holes missing in areas. Update. After a year it is falling apart on the wooden doors.. Audrey. FL. Tue Aug 04 2026

Houses my chickens perfectly! Easy to install. Spacious. Add a few more perch but still came with a few good ones. Color is nice. Chickens enjoy the coop. I would recommend for others to purchase.. Kayla. Pittsburgh, PA. Tue May 26 2026

Upgrade your backyard with this mobile 4-hen coop. Featuring 1.38" thick wood, wide metal wheels, and an easy-clean PVC liner, it offers a secure, durable, and fresh-air habitat for your flock.

Went together very easily. Also easy to move around. I am using it for my chicks until they are big enough to go with my hens. Currently have 6 8-week old chicks in there and it’s a bit crowded. Be mindful if getting for large hens. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the sliding door above where the ramp is (outside of the enclosed run) has no hardware cloth on it at all, and no lock to make sure it stays shut.. Anonymous. Create a comfortable, easy-to-manage backyard home for a small flock with this thoughtfully designed wooden chicken coop. Sized for approximately 4–6 average-size hens depending on breed and body size, it gives your birds dedicated areas for laying, roosting, resting, and moving through their daily routine without making everyday care feel complicated. Two nesting boxes provide four convenient laying positions, while the interior perch gives hens a familiar place to settle at night. Front and rear free-range doors make morning let-outs and evening check-ins easier, and the pull-out tray helps simplify routine cleaning. Ventilated windows and air openings encourage fresh airflow through the coop, while the solid wood construction and asphalt-covered roof help create a sheltered backyard environment. From collecting fresh eggs in the morning to closing the doors at dusk, this coop is designed to make keeping a small backyard flock feel more organized, approachable, and enjoyable.

Overall what we expected from the price.. good for 4-6 max hens as described, however, would not trust construction with a big rooster due to quality and thickness of panels. Easy assembly, good instructions, all parts intact, good packaging.. Tom. Kerrville, TX. Thu May 21 2026

Excellent duck coop. Easy to set up with my grand childrens assistance. I added more layers of poultry wire and hardware cloth to the sides and top make break-ins more difficult. Also hardware cloth used as ground floor and apron covered with sod and then pine shavings. Placed the heavy duty XL anti-diggers around the perimeter. We have not had any intrusions in this set-up.. Simple to assemble. Lots of big pieces. Took less than an hour with me and 2 children. They handed me screws and held boards in place. Seems like good quality and has a metal roof. Two things I didn’t like was no ramp inside the coop and no perch’s for sleeping at night. I can rig something up but that defeats the purpose of buying pre fabricated. A few weeks later the hardware is staring to come loose on the doors and I’ve needed to replace the locking mechanisms. Would like to return unit but I need something for my chickens so I’ll need to rig something up. The size is decent for my chickens. Anonymous. Mon May 19 2025

Perfect chicken house heavy-duty galvanized wire mesh and spring latch keep chickens in and predators out.

It is a very nice chicken coop. It is well made and easy to assemble. The color shown is the color of the actual product. It is very cute and looks great. It is easy to move around and I didn't have a concern that anything would be able to get in with my chickens and kill them. The reason I am giving 4 stars is that it is a very, very small coop. I moved and only had one chicken left. I wanted to take her with me because she is 11 years old and my new farm didn't have any kind of chicken coop area. I purchased this thinking it would be a great place for her live out her life. However, it is extremely small. I couldn't stand to see her in such a small area. I think it might be a great area for a couple of bunnies or if you need a place to put small chicks before you integrate them into an adult flock of chickens. I wish it was bigger because it is nicely constructed, easy to assemble and the colors worked for my farm. I will now just resell on Marketplace as I already have it all assembled and didn't want to try and repackage to send back. Pay attention to the dimensions shown in the discription and just know that this is a small coop!. Karen. Pacific, MO. Sun Jul 12 2026

This large metal chicken coop features a durable galvanized steel structure with reinforced support bars and an arched roof design, ensuring long-lasting resilience against harsh weather conditions. The heavy-duty waterproof canopy and rust-resistant wire mesh provide complete protection, preventing poultry escapes and deterring predators. A lockable steel door enhances security while allowing convenient access for daily maintenance. Easy to assemble with two people, it comes with clear instructions and all necessary hardware. The spacious design accommodates not only chickens but also rabbits, ducks, small dogs, and other pets, making it a sturdy, secure, and versatile outdoor enclosure.

The chickens are very happy to have the extra room. This is NOT an overnight option because we have too many predators. We bought this for an additional daytime run. Set up was easy. Putting the netting over and securing it took the longest time. We bought additional zip ties to secure the netting. All hardware was included, directions were clear, shipping was fast and product is what we expected from the description and reviews.. Sara. Corsicana, TX. Wed Dec 10 2025

I really like this run! If you don’t over stretchpull the chicken wire, you can get it nice and taught without waves and sags. I cut the chicken wire in 21 foot lengths, so that there was plenty on the outside bottom for cinder blocks or something to weight everything down. I put the entire thing together by myself. 5’1” woman. So, you can do it too!. Amber. Hampton Bays, NY. Mon Aug 17 2026

The large chicken coop comes with a chicken run and has two large nesting boxes. The chicken house has four perches with large removable sliding trays for easy cleaning. There are six access points for easy access to all areas of the coop. Features three ventilation windows in the sleeping area to keep it well ventilated. Galvanized wire mesh walls and a series of locks at each access point keep your family animals safe inside and from predators. Sliding door with steel sliding bar locks ducks safely inside the coop.

I made quite a few modifications to make this coop more useful. I used strong magnets across the top so we could reach into the run. We added stair tread to the roost ramp so our ladies didn’t slip around anymore. I’d planned to use a solar door opener to let the gals in and out, but I was one day over the 30 day return window and Wayfair wouldn’t let me return it even for store credit. It didn’t fit despite the online specifications saying it would.. Ashley. US. Tue Aug 11 2026
