Really like this wok.. it’s just a little on the heavy side. Paula. San Antonio, TX. Sun Oct 04 2026

This product may have minor visual imperfections, though this will not affect the product's performance. This may include discoloration, blemishes, or chips that have been enameled over. For centuries, cooks have taken advantage of the natural heat retention and redistribution properties of cast iron. Staub builds on this tradition with our enameled cast iron cookware. Black matte enamel inside and cooking surface creates a culinary advantage for better browning, braising, and roasting. Colourful enamel outside adds flare to your kitchen and table. Safe for use on all types of heat sources, including gas, electric, and induction, and oven safe up to 500F. Chip resistant.

I love this walk so much I have 10 of them. Hye Mi. Duluth, GA. Fri May 01 2026

Cooking enthusiasts can reveal their hidden cooking talents with this cast iron wok from Staub, as cast iron stores heat wonderfully and releases it steadily and evenly. It is perfect for searing meat and stir-frying vegetables, as well as for gently cooking them. Staub cast iron cookware also lends itself perfectly to braising, stewing and frying. A key feature of a wok is that the rim also heats up, transferring heat to the meat or vegetables when they are tossed and stirred. As these dishes are often fried and cooked very quickly, wok-cooking retains lots of nutrients in the food, above all keeping vegetables deliciously crunchy. Cast iron is also very scratch-resistant and durable. The wok is also extremely easy to clean so that frequent use of this cookware becomes a real pleasure. It is also suitable for use on all types of cooker, including induction hobs. Its 30 cm width and 12 cm height mean that it can even be popped into the oven when you need to keep something hot. The wok is round and comes in a bright shade of cherry red, sure to enhance every dining table. Serve your food directly from hob to table. As the cast iron releases the stored heat for longer, it is also possible to leave hot food standing on the table for a relaxing and leisurely meal with friends or family.

I absolutely love this color! Got it for a steal of a deal and the cast iron is of course all you would expect.. Anonymous. Sat Aug 15 2026

The round wok is extremely versatile. You can use it to shallow fry, deep fry, steam and slow cook a multitude of delicious Asian recipes such as bami Goreng. Vegetables are especially quick to cook in a wok. They retain their natural look and firmness as well as their vitamins and other nutrients. The graphite-grey wok is therefore ideal for healthy eating. Woks are made of cast iron to disperse heat optimally across the utensil's cooking surfaces. In this way, even the wok's upper sections quickly achieve the required cooking temperatures. The woks have a matt black enamelled interior. The coating enhances the slow-cooking effect and is robust and scratch-resistant. Enamelled cast iron, unlike other materials, improves over time and usage. The wok is part of the Speciality series. It is suitable for any cooker and is equipped with a glass lid so that slow-cooking food can be observed at all times. By using this wok, you can cook a multitude of international recipes in a healthy and nutritious way.

If you want to be your own chef you will love the high-quality cookware of the ZWILLING Pro series. The series sets the standard in quality, variety and, above all, design, that is inspired by the most popular designs of the chefs. Why not surprise your guests with simple Asian cuisine prepared the original way in a wok? The pan is used in China to prepare a wide variety of dishes over an open charcoal flame, but naturally this wok is also suitable for us on induction, electric, gas and Ceran hobs. The wok measures 30 cm across, thereby offering ample space for traditional stir-frying, whereby fresh ingredients are only briefly fried while they are tossed in the pan. Ensuring that the stainless steel wok heats quickly and evenly is the SIGMA Clad base. Because the solid stainless steel handles remain cool for a long time even over intense heat, the wok can be moved safely at all times. Once you've enjoyed your delicious meal, there's no need to clean it by hand, because the multipurpose cookware is thanks to its special material finishing particularly dishwasher-safe.
