With this washing machine compared to other front load I have owned before this one gets a small sock stuck in the drain in the rubber below where the door is located every now and then (nothing bothersome). I tried to call someone at Wayfair to discuss the replacement and financial issues, but was unable to reach them. I have been told by email that I have to eat the wasted installation costs, despite that it is clearly Wayfair's fault. This is pretty poor customer service - I pay for their mistakes. I bought this fridge about one week, happy the fridge have bright LED lights upper & lower. strong components, modern design compared to others US brands. If GE can consider to reduce the total height from 70 in. into 68 in. would be much better. I need to remove two cabinet doors to suit this fridge otherwise I need to return it. Fridge noise are acceptable compared to my 28 years (still working) old fridge.
