Bring flexibility and modern elegance to your dining area with this 3-in-1 extendable pedestal dining table. Designed to adapt to your lifestyle, it effortlessly transforms from a compact 47” round table (seats 4) to a 65” oval (seats 6), and fully extends to 83” long (seats 8) — perfect for intimate dinners, family meals, or hosting guests. Supported by a sturdy pedestal base, this space-saving table offers maximum legroom while maintaining a sleek, balanced look. Crafted from durable MDF and it’s ideal for modern homes that demand both style and versatility.

I really love the look of this table and I'm torn between 3/4 stars. The pedestal design is beautiful, the walnut color is gorgeous, and I love that it converts from round to oval. The extension leaves work really well and are surprisingly substantial and heavy. Assembly was pretty easy too. That said, I’m disappointed in the quality of the materials, especially for the price. The laminate in particular feels pretty cheap. One of the pedestal posts already has laminate peeling away at the seam (it was like this at delivery), and you have to be really careful when putting in some of the screws and bolts because the laminate can easily peel or get damaged around those areas. My table was also missing some of the parts needed to secure the tabletop to the pedestal. I contacted customer service about that, and the manufacturer was very nice and immediately sent out the missing parts, which I really appreciated. I haven’t contacted them about the peeling laminate because I think I can fix it myself with some contact cement. Since the pedestal is such a large piece, I really don’t want to go through the hassle of replacing it if I can avoid it. I may still reach out if I can’t fix it, although I see the table is currently out of stock. Overall, I really do love this table and wish this exact design were available in real wood. It’s not an inexpensive table, and I do think it’s overpriced for the quality of the materials. I would happily pay more for this same design if it were made with real wood and a better-quality finish. It’s a beautiful, functional table, I just wish the quality matched the price.. Anonymous. This Bachman extendable dining table is just what we needed! It's expensive but the quality is very good. It is a solid wood indeed and it fits perfectly in our space. We needed something that will work for our not so big dining area for everyday use but can be extended to use when there's a big gathering. We got a different set of dining chairs coz we needed more back support and this table and its bench matched perfectly with the different chairs we got. This purchase was big enough that full service assembly was free from the Wayfair guys so that was really helpful. It's quite heavy too. My husband and I absolutely love the look and how versatile the design is. If you want to achieve a modern, timeless or even farmhouse vibe in your house, this will fit your needs! 10/10 recommend.. This table is exactly how it looks on the photos the color is also the exact same as online it extends out a lot and feels really stable as well so there’s no issues there, the one major issue however is the middle section so have a hard wood floor and the middle leg doesn’t glide at all when extending the table, you can slightly life it and pull it out but nonetheless this is a 2 person job to open the table with how difficult it is to open, furthermore you need to be very careful during assemble as the pins that connect the wood pieces together cannot be taken out once put in so if you make a mistake at that step the wood planks won’t securely snap together these two major flaws aside tho in terms of functionality the table is great and looks amazing so I would still recommend it. This table is just what we needed. Set up was not too confusing, and the look is what we wanted. It’ll fit 4 for an intimate dinner. We love its resting size. It is not too large, but boasts a large enough surface on top when all folded for a nice looking entry-way table. It is a little wobbly, but at this price point we cannot be bothered to care. Also, it is the opposite of smudge resistant. Touch this thing with greasy fingers and everyone will know you were cooking bacon. I’m very happy with this!! I loved the look of this cabinet/table when I saw it. It was just what I was looking for; a table that converts into a small cabinet when not needed as a table. There were no reviews which made me nervous initially to make the purchase but I took a chance and I'm glad I did. The table came in two boxes and was very well packaged. I was very impressed as I unboxed it and laid out the parts. Everything was well labeled and all pieces were present along with extras. It took my husband and I a little over 6 hours to assemble it. I would have easily given it 5 stars except for a few cons to this beautifully designed cabinet/table. Cons: It comes with lighting in the glassed storage shelving and electrical outlet on the side of the cabinet. These were not necessary. They ended up making the unit messy with cords and cables. I'm using it as a desk so you rarely see or need the cabinet lighting. The lighting is also powered by plugging it into the USB port on the desk. It's just not necessary. Secondly, the unit sits very flush to the floor. It was probably not intended to be on an area rug like I have it so I can't put it flush to the wall and the shelf drawer drags when I open it to access the inside. Other than that it's beautiful, functional and an awesome craft desk that I can easily put away when my craft room becomes a guest bedroom.. Margaret. Kingsville, ON. Wed Feb 18 2026
