We were very surprised at the quality, especially for the price. You can't buy the wood for what this pen cost. Assembly was also fairly easy ; it only took a couple of hours and our little Silkies {bantam chickens with white feathers that look like hair, black skin, and five toes} were all settled in. After just a few months the floor had rotted out, the doors warped and no longer closed securely, and the staples holding the screens started popping out and several of the birds got out and were killed by the neighbor's dog. The product does not look like the photo. The one ramp broke while we was trying to put it together. The pegs on the roof don’t match up with the holes.
